Folding Frames Only
(To take Customer’s own Rings)
“Contour” and “Sidewinder” Frames Only are available to take Customer’s own rings. Everything supplied (i.e. bearings, frame, new axles, assembly, spraying etc.) except the rings. We prefer the rings to be delivered to our works on pallets, so that we can build the machine and deliver ready for work.

We will be pleased to quote other sizes of frames not mentioned. (8.23m to 16.4m)

N.B. We do not guarantee axles on machines that use Customer’s rings. This is because old rollers used mainly 2″ (50mm) axles, whereas new Cousins’ rolls are supplied with 292″ (65mm) axles. However, we have supplied many machines using Customer’s own rings & few have given trouble. We recommend a minimum 2” axle for 21′ (6.4m) rolls & 24″ axle for 24 (7.32m) rolls.
